About The Agency
The Keating Agency was founded in 2012 by Thomas J. Keating as a first-generation surety bond brokerage. Surety bonding is our only focus at the agency. We help all businesses and individuals with their surety bond needs, but our focal point is construction and real estate. We have two specialties. The first specialty is helping contractors obtain bonding letters (pre-qualification), bid bonds, performance & payment bonds, license & permit bonds, and maintenance bonds. The second specialty is helping developers, builders, and real estate investors with subdivision bonds (site improvement bonds) for real estate developments.
Our agency was also founded on convenience. We are the only surety bond agency open seven days of the week (Monday- Sunday). It is easier to shop on your time we find. For many business owners, the week is very busy and it may very well be easier to do this on the weekend. We can fill out your application over the phone anytime for you.

- Holds a B.S. in accounting from William Paterson University.
- Mike manages the small contractor and commercial surety programs at the agency.
